We offer free domestic ground shipping on all orders over $100 (excluding the Rehydrating Drink). Anything below that threshold will be charged a flat rate. Flat rates vary depending on the country and package weight.
Domestic orders placed with standard shipping typically arrive in 3-4 business days. Express shipping should arrive in 1-2 business days. International orders placed with standard shipping typically arrive in 1-3 weeks. Express shipping should arrive within 1 week. Please also allow 1-2 days for processing before these shipping times.

OEM accepts all unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in new condition.
Your order number must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

All OEM products are recyclable or reusable. Here are a few general rules of thumb before recycling your OEM product:
1. Remove all excess product before recycling.
2. If the product contains a sprayer, remove and reuse it with your next OEM Hand Sanitizer.
3. For drink cans, consider taking them to your local beverage recycling location for a refund.
