Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship all our products worldwide.

How much is shipping?

We offer free domestic ground shipping on all orders over $100 (excluding the Rehydrating Drink). Anything below that threshold will be charged a flat rate. Flat rates vary depending on the country and package weight.

How soon will I receive my package?

Domestic orders placed with standard shipping typically arrive in 3-4 business days. Express shipping should arrive in 1-2 business days. International orders placed with standard shipping typically arrive in 1-3 weeks. Express shipping should arrive within 1 week. Please also allow 1-2 days for processing before these shipping times.

Will I need to pay duties?

All international shipments are subject to potential import duties / taxes / fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards. You can also pay via PayPal.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, you can currently pay in installments using Shop Pay Installments.

Does my payment include duties?

No, all payments are still subject to potential additional import fees / taxes / duties if you live outside of the US.

What is your return policy?

OEM accepts all unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in new condition.

Your order number must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

How can I return an item?

We're sorry your OEM product didn't work out. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@oem.care with your order number and the products you'd like to return.

Are your products recyclable?

All OEM products are recyclable or reusable. Here are a few general rules of thumb before recycling your OEM product:

1. Remove all excess product before recycling.

2. If the product contains a sprayer, remove and reuse it with your next OEM Hand Sanitizer.

3. For drink cans, consider taking them to your local beverage recycling location for a refund.

If curbside recycling isn’t available for your containers, then use our free mail-back program (Try to bundle and send back at least 5 OEM items at a time). Email us at hello@oem.care to get started.
